Our Experience

We have extensive experience in all aspects of trial law, on "both sides of the ball" -- defense and plaintiffs' work.  We now focus exclusively on high-quality class action cases on behalf of plaintiffs. We work on a "contingency" basis, which means we do not get paid unless our clients gets paid.  We have successfully changed California law to the benefit of workers by winning a case in the California Supreme Court and we have successfully argued in the 9th Circuit (federal) court of appeals.
